		<description><![CDATA[To be really explosive your muscles have to generate force very quickly (this is controlled by a combination of your muscles and your nervous system).  Your legs need to efficiently take the impact of contacting the ground, and translate that back into upward movement (if you like to think of this in physics terms, then your contact with the ground should be an elastic collision, not inelastic).  This requires ankle stiffness.
